The purpose of the Housing Manager position is to assist with recruiting efforts by having an inventory of housing for new hires at The Westin Snowmass, The St. Regis Aspen, and Sheraton Steamboat Resorts. The Housing Manager will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition & Staffing and also work very closely with the three Directors of Human Resources and our company's corporate legal department. The Housing Manager will be responsible for finding and securing housing for our company's associates as well as associate resident relations and problem solving.
Job Responsibilities:
Continue to work with and grow existing relationships with property management companies in the Mountains
Be proactive in establishing and growing new relationships with property management companies
Maintain Lease agreements between our company and Owners or company and Property Management companies
Maintain Lease agreements between our company and Associates
Work with our company's corporate legal team to get final approval on all updated versions of leases
Manage associates who live in company Sponsored Units including but not limited to:
Leases, payroll deductions for rent and utility fees, arranging furnishings, and tracking employee move-ins and move-outs and inspecting units during move-outs
For multiple occupancy units, assign room assignments, room moves, and handle any roommate disagreements
Handle all challenges that arise with regards to late payments, evictions, noise complaints, damage, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Must be familiar with the housing/rental market in the Aspen/Snowmass/Roaring Fork Valley/Steamboat Springs area
Must have experience processing/reviewing rental leases
Must have strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 Years of experience in the housing/rental market preferred
Previous experience as a leasing agent, property manager or residential manager is preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
Education:High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor?s Degree preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
