Director, Guest Services

):
Oversees all the Front of House Operations to include, concierge, front desk, bell staff, valet, transportation, communications, ski valet and Night Audit.
Acts as Manager on Duty and as MOD will oversees entire operation to include, front office, housekeeping, spa and food and beverage.
Responsible for guest relations, problem resolution, guest and employee engagement. Holds operation to the highest standards according to our Ritz-Carlton Brand Standards.
