37 /hr Hire-in rates of pay are based upon the relevance of years of experience, education and certifications.

Job Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with greeting all visitors, employees and applicants while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office.
As a member of the HR team, this position assists with the administrative functions of Human Resources, Employee Housing, and Employee Health.
This position also has direct responsibility for the day to day coordination of the hospital's transportation program, conference center, and employee travel & education needs.
Primary Scope of
Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Answers general questions about employee wellbeing & benefits, organization policies and programs, and hospital resources.
Serves as first point of contact for all visitors to the Human Resources office.
Directs visitors to appropriate HR contact.
Coordinates off-site education needs and travel accommodations for employees pursuant to a budget.
Serves as an active member Committee, making policy change/updates recommendations as needed.
Facilitates the scheduling of hospital related meetings held in the AVH conference center.
Ensures conference center rooms are maintained and ready for upcoming meetings.
Coordinates AVH Transportation Program:
Actively participates in TOPS program, makes recommendations, and develops solutions for alternative transportation program as appropriate.
Primary contact for distribution of bus passes - including seasonal and slide passes; reconciles cash/passes on a weekly basis; orders new passes as needed Orders and maintains office supplies Assists HR Team members in special projects and other special events, as requested by CHRO Assists with tracking spreadsheets and credentialing tasks for Staff Development.
Assists with data entry as needed for all HR Systems (HealthStream, DocuSign, Kronos, EHR Systems).
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Proficiency in DocuSign.
Preferred
Qualifications:
2-3 years of Administrative experience preferred.
Human Resources experience a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, or temperature.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
